Pushing myself to sleep a bit early tonight because today hasn't been the most productive the way I wanted it to be. About 4 hours of my day was spent on my mobile scrolling through Instagram and YouTube. I am watching content to afford secondhand temporary happiness, at this point, I am beyond dthe opamine hits we get by finger motions, I am just trying to live a secondhand life, which feels good in the moment but adds no value to my life. I am able to figure out that this is bad for me but I am not able to work against it. Yesterday it got really late and I slept at 2 am hence I spent about 2 hours of today just napping. And napping is not the problem, it is the fact that I am adjusting my schedule around the nap and not my nap around the schedule. Prepped Utkarsh for his exam today as well, so about 1.5 hours went into that. Also, my process of studying is really really tortoise slow and I spend hours on end obsessing over the same 2 pages, 2 pages that don’t even end up being asked in the exams. So considering I still studied about 3.5 hours today, I just did not end up doing much. I am setting really achievable goals and yet I am not able to achieve them and that is bothering me. Did not study for the SBI exams today. Result for IBPS PO mains are not out. Made notes on the chapter of mechanism of dispute resolution. Read chapter of trade unions. Was going to read unfair labour practices and retrenchment chapters of labour law but ended up watching this YouTube video instead.

Going to sleep by 12.15 am today. Hoping to start tomorrow’s day early.
